The Commerce and Transport Department has launched a new initiative to provide prompt assistance to road accident victims. The ‘Aama Rasta’ WhatsApp chatbot is set to launch very soon. You can report any road accident via the WhatsApp chatbot number 7289911033. Upon receiving the information, notifications will be sent to the nearest RTO, police, trained master trainers, ‘Rakshaks’, and ‘Junior Rakshaks’, enabling them to immediately step forward and assist the accident victims.
