Legislative Assembly elections took place in Bihar from November 6 to November 11, 2025, for the purpose of electing the 243 members of the Bihar Legislative Assembly. The counting of votes was completed and the results were announced on November 14, 2025. The National Democratic Alliance (NDA), led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), achieved a significant victory by winning 202 out of the 243 seats contested in the election, thereby defeating the Rashtriya Janata Dal.
