Dhenkanal District, positioned at the heart of Odisha’s geo-political landscape, is enveloped by picturesque wildlife and lush forests. It is strategically located along the Cuttack-Sambalpur road (NH 55) and the Cuttack-Sambalpur or Baranga-Sambalpur railway line. The district shares its northern boundary with Kendujhar district, while to the south lies Cuttack district.
