The Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra from Manipur to Mumbai

The Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra started on 14 January 2024 from Manipur and end on 20 March in Mumbai. It will cover 6,700 kilometres across 15 states to be led by the Indian National Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

The Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra will travel over 6,700 kilometers and traverse through 100 Lok Sabha constituencies in 15 states. The yatra is scheduled to culminate in Mumbai on March 20 after a 66-day journey; the route will be primarily covered by a modified bus, but will include five to seven km segments of padayatras, or foot marches. Congress chairman Mallikarjun Kharge will launch the yatra at a private venue in Manipur’s Thoubal district, rather than Imphal, as the party had planned.

Bharat Jodo Yatra was a mass movement which was held by the Indian National Congress Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi from Kanyakumari at the southern tip of India to the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, a journey of 4,080 kilometres (2,540 miles) over almost 150 days form on September 7, 2022 to January 30, 2022.
